As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, your role is to inspire and lead people through the journey of change by connecting that change to the larger purpose of the organization. You will be the catalyst that ensures that the technologies we implement and the processes we redesign are embraced, adopted, and used to their full potential, because you will have helped people see why the change matters. This isn't just about managing resistance or executing a plan. It's about creating a sense of meaning behind each change, so that employees aren't just complying, they're engaged, motivated, and excited about what's possible., * Serve as the primary change manager for high-impact projects by planning and executing comprehensive change management strategies. Responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, developing tailored change and communication plans that emphasize user benefits and foster engagement, and ensuring clear, consistent, and motivating messaging across all channels. * Facilitate stakeholder buy-in, proactively address resistance, evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustained outcomes * Collaborate with project managers related to OCM to seamlessly integrate change management activities into project initiatives. This includes embedding OCM strategies into project plans, monitoring and reporting on change management progress across multiple projects, and ensuring consistent application of change management practices throughout the department. * Maintain a comprehensive Center of Practice for Organizational Change Management within the Enterprise Technology and Innovation department. Responsibilities include regularly updating best practices, methodologies, and tools, as well as providing training resources and ongoing support to staff to promote the effective application of change management principles across the organization. * Develop departmental communication strategies, standards, and templates, along with compelling strategic communications on behalf of senior leadership for both internal and external audiences.
