As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides first-level technical support, ensuring that our employees can work effectively. This position could be a launchpad for many successful careers at Martignetti and we pride ourselves on our employees' development and growth within the company., * Answer inbound calls, walk-up traffic, emails, and helpdesk ticket requests for technical support.

 * Ticket management, triage issues, and resolve incoming IT support tickets using Zendesk ticketing system.
 * Maintain company asset records using the mobile device management platform.
 * Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID and other software platforms.
 * Create and maintain process and knowledge-based articles.
 * Configure and troubleshoot Windows, IOS and Android devices.
 * Support technology used in conference rooms such as Neat bars, Crestron, projectors and displays.
 * Perform data entry or other tasks to support our IT Department Management Team.
 * Participate in on-call rotation.
 * Must be available for occasional night and weekend work as needed.
