## About the Role

* High School Diploma or GED
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
 * Must have a qualified MVR and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds or more.
 * Ability to install and move computer equipment and peripherals.

## Description

The duties are to provide first-level and second-level technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting business applications while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations., * Provide technical support to users via phone, remote support, and in person.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain other peripheral equipment.
 * Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and operating systems.
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes using the company's software system.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff vendors when appropriate.
 * Perform routine maintenance, system updates, backups, and security patches.
 * Support audio/visual equipment for meetings, presentations, and conferences as needed.
 * Ensure compliance with company security, confidentiality, and acceptable use policies.
 * Participate in after-hours or on-call support when required.
 * May perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager and VP.
