* Reviewing and responding to alerts generated by the various security tools associated with our security tool stack.

 * Performing audits of existing customer configurations to ensure that services are properly assigned and configured.

 * Reviewing firewall security logs and alerts and preparing security reports; implementing network and cloud security scans and preparing customer reports.

 * Assisting with implementing security awareness training for customers and reporting on the results.
