Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting healthcare, regulated, or highly secure enterprise environments. * Experience with mobile application development or mobile application lifecycle management. * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft security technologies. * Experience with device enrollment programs and enterprise app distribution. * Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Samsung Knox. * Experience leading large-scale device deployments and mobile transformation initiatives. * Relevant certifications such as: * Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate * Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate * Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) * ITIL Foundation ## Description The Senior Systems Engineer - Enterprise Mobility is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise mobile technology solutions. This role provides technical expertise for mobile device management platforms (specifically Intune), mobile application management, endpoint security, compliance programs, and mobile lifecycle operations supporting associates and business partners across the organization. The engineer serves as a subject matter expert in mobile technologies and collaborates closely with Architecture, Security, Product Management, Support Services, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.
