## About the Role

At least 1-2 years of Help Desk experience providing customer support.

 - Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Windows Desktops, network, printers, Windows Server and dealing with Cyber Security issues.

 - Some certification is preferred. Cyber Security, A+, Network + or MCP certification

## Description

Answers, evaluates, troubleshoots, and prioritizes telephone, email, and service ticket requests for assistance from business clients experiencing technical problems.

 - Help keep clients secure through implementing cyber security procedures and standards.

 - Initiates customer contact, gathers information, troubleshoots the problem and documents accurately and completely all relevant information regarding issues in IT Service Management System.

 - Follows up on outstanding requests; monitors and responds to tickets assigned to queues; escalates and assigns complex incidents to level 3 support groups.

 - Document service calls and follow Dytech Group procedures with regard to paperwork and processes.
