## Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring that all desktop systems and applications function effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity., * Provide first-level support for desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and applications.
 * Assist users with Active Directory account management, including password resets and user access.
 * Manage software installations, updates, and configurations across various platforms.
