## Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to join our Customer Team in New York City . We're looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of their domain with a passion for solving problems, creating value, and pushing beyond what's expected.

What your team does:

Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo) is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to develop tailored solutions for managing their work processes through the cloud. With our platform, firms can easily build a CMS that works for each legal department's unique needs, allowing them to manage more cases with the same resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience.

What you'll work on:

 * Designing and implementing solutions by mapping client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery
 * Configuring workflows, forms, and templates in a low-code environment while coaching clients on self-sufficiency
 * Leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met
 * Owning and evolving a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation
 * Enhancing accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights
 * Advising on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions
 * Recommending integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth
 * Influencing product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap
 * Supporting adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement
 * Contributing to pre-sales through demos and prototypes that showcase ShareDo's capabilities
 * Travel to client sites and cross functional meetings (~20%)
