Ability to relate to, communicate with, and work with a diverse population and understand the issues relating to such population. * Ability to relate well with others, be a team player with a positive can-do attitude. * Needs to be assertive and communicate effectively with trainees and company personnel. * Competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. * Must be customer service oriented. * Must be able to tolerate and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. * Knowledge of available community resources is a plus ## Description The Urban League of Rochester seeks a Job Developer/Apprenticeship Coordinator for Workforce Development programs.
