## About the Role

* Demonstrate expertise in MEDITECH clinical/ancillary modules and related applications, with the ability to analyze workflows, identify solutions, and support systems functionality
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present information, lead trainings, and engage effectively with staff, providers, leadership, and external partners.
 * Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, including interpreting complex information, managing variables, and making sound decisions independently.
 * Ability to analyze user needs, define system requirements, and design practical, user-focused solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
 * Experience with project and time management, including leading initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines across multiple facilities.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools, with the ability to create reports, documentation, training materials, and use basic data analysis to support decisions.
 * Collaborative team player and leader who can navigate conflict, support quality improvement efforts, and balance organizational, human, and technical needs.
 * Ability to train and support end users, manage HCIS system functions within a specialty area, and maintain accountability while working both independently and as part of a team.

Who We're Looking For

 * Current licensure in the State of Colorado as an RN, LPN, EMT, or CNA, or certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
 * Required experience supporting and working within the MEDITECH system, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and applications.
 * Clinical information systems experience (or equivalent) implementing and supporting computerized clinical applications preferred.
 * Experience in an acute care hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting, with the ability to translate clinical needs into system solutions.
 * Familiarity with query tools, data reporting, and basic PC operations, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
 * Experience with quality improvement (QI) and utilization review (UR) processes, including use of QI tools to support organizational initiatives.
