Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Salesforce development: 10 years (Required) ## Description * Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions. * Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support. * Manage and coordinate development activities with offshore Salesforce teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code. * Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development best practices. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Triggers, Flows, and integrations. * Optimize Salesforce platform performance, security, and scalability. * Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to development teams. * Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across onsite and offshore teams.
