## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of progressive experience in Salesforce CRM development.
 * 2+ years of experience serving as a Lead Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead.
 * Proven experience managing and coordinating offshore Salesforce development teams.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations
 * Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and deployment best practices.
 * Experience with version control and CI/CD tools is preferred.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative onsite environment.
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification are highly preferred.
 * Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and Agile development methodologies.
 * Prior experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations with distributed teams is desired.
 * Insurance industry domain experience is preferred., * Do you have experience managing and coordinating offshore Salesforce development teams ?

## Description

* Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
 * Manage and coordinate development activities with offshore Salesforce teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.
 * Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Triggers, Flows, and integrations.
 * Optimize Salesforce platform performance, security, and scalability.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.
 * Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across onsite and offshore teams.
