## About the Role

Our is seeking a Mobility Support Specialist for a remote contract-to-hire opportunity. As the Mobility Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to respond to a high volume of customer contacts regarding mobile services involving device additions, changes, cancelations, porting and transfer of liability, usage plan changes, troubleshooting device issues, and other service issues. The Mobility Support Specialist must quickly analyze customer needs, research, and resolve customer requests, and thoroughly document all inquiries. Your ability to listen to customer needs, resolve concerns, and accurately and efficiently process the requests will be the key to your success. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, customer-focused, a quick learner, and able to build peer relationships to work effectively as part of a team., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable

Experience:

 * Minimum of 5 years of experience of a large, fast-paced mobility or IT based-customer service operation
 * In-depth knowledge of Wireless Procurement processes
 * In-depth of Mobility Expense Management software

Skills:

 * Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
 * Organizational and time management skills
 * Attention to detail
 * Good understanding of mobility services (global and UEM is a plus)

## Description

* Respond to a high volume of customer contacts and account team requests within SLA
 * Provide clients with relevant, accurate information on mobility products and services
 * Research and resolve basic product, service, and support issues
 * Thoroughly document all inquiries providing applicable communication related to transaction type
 * Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
 * Adhere to schedules and manage time effectively to achieve department performance goals
 * Provide on-call after hours and holiday coverage, on a rotating basis
 * Other duties as assigned
