Physical demands and work environment: * Must have the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders through telephone and face-to-face interaction. * Must be able to operate standard office equipment including a computer, calculator, and copier. * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based work. ## Description As an Estimating Analyst I, you will play an important role in supporting the profitability and success of our homebuilding operations. Working within the Purchasing team, you will prepare accurate cost estimates, generate purchase orders, and ensure estimating data is complete, accurate, and aligned with construction plans. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational knowledge of residential construction while working in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
