This is a strong contract opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting critical business operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a Salesforce-based workforce solution, with plenty of opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment., * Strong Salesforce administration experience

 * Experience with Apex development
 * Solid understanding of Salesforce navigation and configuration
 * Experience managing forms and field-level security
 * Ability to update and maintain validations
 * Strong SOQL query skills
 * Experience optimizing query performance
 * Ability to work independently
 * Strong communication and requirements discovery skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * Experience supporting workforce-related Salesforce solutions
 * Background in bug fixing and production support
 * Experience working with service accounts
 * Familiarity with stakeholder reporting

## Description

* Support daily Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
 * Resolve bugs and maintain system stability
 * Configure and update forms, validations, and field-level security
 * Develop and maintain Apex solutions
 * Manage user and service account profiles
 * Write and optimize SOQL queries
 * Support cross-object and cross-table data queries
 * Partner with stakeholders on requirements and solutions
 * Provide clear status updates and progress communication
