## About the Role

To be successful in this position, you must possess 3+ years of experience in the following areas:

 * Scrum Master Leadership: Proven track record coaching teams and leading core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives).
 * Azure DevOps: Deep, hands-on experience using Azure DevOps as your primary project management/tracking tool.
 * Hybrid Project Management: Expert knowledge of managing projects that combine both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
 * Database Literacy: 3+ years of experience with DB Querying and Programming.
 * Education: A completed, verifiable Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills (Great Plus)

 * Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
 * Domain Experience: Prior experience working within Government sectors.
 * Systems: Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

 * Residency: Candidates must be current South Carolina residents or fully prepared to relocate to SC prior to starting at their own expense.
 * Background Checks: Must be able to pass comprehensive pre-employment screenings (including SLED, criminal, credit, driving, and drug tests).
