Continued ## Description The IT Systems Analyst partners with university stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document business needs, translating operational challenges into effective technology solutions and process improvements. As part of the business solutions team, the analyst collaborates with senior team members while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise systems and institutional workflows. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting system implementations, developing functional specifications, analyzing business processes, and recommending technology enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.
