Preferred: * Experience in adolescent intensive outpatient (IOP/PHP) or residential behavioral health settings. * Experience running IOP and PHP adolescent groups. * Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation. ## Description We're seeking an energetic Licensed Lead Therapist who is passionate about helping others, and excited to work in a dynamic, supportive clinical environment with kids in need. This is an amazing opportunity for a therapist with a strong clinical background to lead a small team of amazing clinicians. You'll provide group, individual, and family therapy; collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team; and contribute to shaping an environment that blends clinical excellence with genuine compassion. You will lead a team of therapists to ensure consistent quality of care for our patients. You will provide clinical supervision to associate and practicum therapists. You will run PHP groups in addition to providing individual sessions, parent collateral, and assistance with intakes and discharges. Some outreach or marketing tasks as needed. Schedule is 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
