* 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role preferred
 * Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Entra/Azure AD, Intune, and basic networking concepts
 * Familiarity with service desk tools and ticketing systems
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
 * Experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting VPN, printers, or email issues, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States., This is a full-time exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused IT Technician to join our IT team in the Tampa area. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely support and excellent service to our end users., * Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing system

 * Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
 * Log, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
 * Escalate complex issues to second or third-line support teams as needed
 * Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
 * Assist in user onboarding by creating accounts and configuring access to systems
 * Perform routine software installations, updates, and basic system maintenance
 * Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base and support documentation
 * Deliver clear, friendly, and non-technical communication to users
 * Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure user satisfaction with each interaction
