 * 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
 * Strong programming skills in SQL and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

 * Proven ability to identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into meaningful insights
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

## Description

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
 * Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from a variety of sources
 * Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights using statistical methods and data manipulation techniques
 * Develop and maintain data models and dashboards that provide actionable insights to various departments within our organization
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish performance metrics to track and measure success
 * Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis
 * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously enhance processes and strategies
