## About the Role

Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles is an advantage

Basic understanding of operating systems such as Windows or macOS

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service abilities

Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently

Preferred Skills

Experience with ticketing systems or IT service management tools

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent

## Description

Rhodeway Financial is seeking a dependable Help Desk Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day technical support for internal staff. The Help Desk Support role focuses on resolving basic IT issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring employees receive timely assistance with hardware, software, and network-related concerns., Provide first-level technical support to employees through email, phone, or support tickets

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions

Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required

Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance

Support on-boarding by setting up devices and system access for new employees
