In this role, you will help coordinate education, employment, life skills, and reentry services while collaborating with schools, state agencies, community organizations, and families to promote positive long-term outcomes. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in youth services, case management, customer service, education, social services, or community outreach who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
