## About the Role

* You've built your own PC or love tinkering with tech.
 * You're a gamer or tech enthusiast who enjoys learning.
 * You're passionate about helping others solve tech problems.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for daily office commute and occasional onsite client visits.
 * Comfortable working in an office setting and face-to-face with clients., * Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard.
 * Vision and hearing sufficient for office work and communication.
 * Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (up to 25-40 lbs) for onsite visits.
 * Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license, and be able to drive to client sites as needed.
 * Ability to commute to our office daily and travel to client sites in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts as needed.

## Description

* Report to our office daily to provide remote support for client IT issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
 * Travel to client sites throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts as needed for escalations, hardware installs/replacements, network issues, or other on-the-ground needs.
 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and servers.
 * Use remote assistance tools to diagnose and resolve problems.
 * Track and follow up on tickets within defined SLAs.
 * Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
 * Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person when onsite.
