## About the Role

* 2-4 years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
 * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
 * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
 * Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

 * Azure AD, Intune, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications.
 * ITIL knowledge., * Microsoft 365 & Active Directory: 3 years (Required)
 * Troubleshooting in Windows OS 10 and 11 and hardware : 3 years (Required)
 * Ticketing Systems & Remote Support Tools : 3 years (Required)

## Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a Windows/Microsoft 365 environment. You'll troubleshoot end-user issues, manage user accounts, support IT operations, and collaborate with the infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

 * Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support (remote and on-site).
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 user accounts.
 * Track and resolve tickets using an ITSM platform.
 * Configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts for onboarding/offboarding.
 * Support IT documentation, asset inventory, and small infrastructure projects.
