## Description

An energy-sector client seeks a Tier-2 field IT technician to provide application and desktop support for pipeline operations teams - troubleshooting Windows PCs, networks, phones, printers, mobile devices, and field equipment, with desk-side, in-person, and remote support. You'll serve as the single point of contact for end-user IT issues, participate in technology refresh projects, and coordinate escalations with enterprise infrastructure and network teams. Onsite in Battle Ground, WA, Monday-Friday (work-from-home optional on Fridays), with approximately 20% travel to regional field offices (Eugene, Tri-Cities, Seattle, Eastern Washington). Local candidates required; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available., Troubleshoot Windows PCs, basic networking, iPhones, printers, and field equipment-Provide Tier-2 in-person, desk-side, and remote support to operations teams-Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related problems-Escalate and coordinate issues with enterprise infrastructure and network teams-Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical field operators and leadership-Image and deploy desktops/laptops (PXE) and support technology refresh projects-Manage the ticket lifecycle in an ITIL-based ticketing system-Perform asset management and comply with client IT standards and security policies
