The Team: Upstart's Home Lending Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Management team plays a critical role in enabling the growth and stability of our Home Lending business. We work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure that Upstart's home lending activities meet regulatory standards and align with best practices. Our team is focused on building scalable, effective, and forward-looking compliance oversight that empowers business success while managing risk. The Data Analyst, Home Lending role will be critical in strengthening our first-line secured lending data, reporting, and risk oversight capabilities. The ideal candidate will own and support regulatory and management reporting across HMDA, CRA, Call Reporting, fair lending data, portfolio performance, and loan-level quality controls.
