* Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
 * Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
 * Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
 * Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
 * Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience, * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.

## Description

* Analyzes mission and product requirements to design and document system solutions using engineering principles and technical design tools (e.g., models, diagrams, and specifications).
 * Evaluates complex problems by reviewing related information, comparing alternative approaches, and selecting options based on cost/benefit and operational impact.
 * Assesses how changes in conditions, operations, and environments affect system outcomes.
 * Applies deductive reasoning and structured pattern/sequence analysis to develop sound recommendations and support implementation of effective solutions., B&A has launched several programs to focus on employee engagement, wellness, and assistance. These include:
