Preferred

 * Associate degree or equivalent technical work experience (3 years).
 * Knowledge of various versions of Microsoft Windows and Office.
 * The ideal candidate would be energetic, detail oriented, and organized.
 * Experience with querying data from various systems and databases.

## Description

This position is responsible for providing software support for SDI & OmniSource end users. Duties include answering help desk calls, troubleshooting issues, entering, and monitoring workorders/resolutions., * Answer service desk phone calls.

 * Log calls requesting technical assistance into the service desk software.
 * Troubleshoot software issues and document resolutions.
 * Assign work orders, follow up on status, and communicate status to users.
 * Handle requests & verify requested information with managers, and track progress.
 * Support Retail equipment- ATM, printers, cameras, scale interface.
 * Periodically travel to remote locations and assist other IT technicians.
 * All other duties as required.
 * Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent Customer Service.
