You'll manage the front office with confidence and work directly with clients to assess, test, and purchase their electronics, ensuring a seamless trade-in experience. On the sales side, you'll guide customers in selecting the ideal devices-whether it's pinpointing the perfect laptop for their needs or explaining the difference between a 10th-gen CPU and a 12th-gen powerhouse. When you aren't working with customers you will be wiping, imaging, and repairing items that have been traded in.
