## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 * 4-5 years of system administration experience in financial services, credit union, or regulated environment
 * System administrator certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA or equivalent) preferred
 * Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP or equivalent) preferred

## Description

* Manage and optimize system/server performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability by analyzing logs and tuning resources.
 * Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability issues, perform repairs on faulty hardware, and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
 * Develop, document, and comply with systems administration standard operating procedures, manuals, and architecture diagrams.
 * Maintain accurate inventories of IT equipment, licenses, and hardware.
 * Administrator user accounts, manage network rights, security permissions, and access to systems and equipment.
 * Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy, perform regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures.
 * Coordinate with vendors and service providers
 * Participate in audits, examinations, and risk remediation efforts
