Education/Experience:

 * Experience within the dance industry (as a dancer or through work with a dance-related organization)
 * 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field

## Description

The Content Marketing Associate is critical to supporting the growth of both the CLI Conservatory Online training program and the CLI Conservatory, a 10-month pre-professional training program designed to help young dancers join the professional dance industry. This position will help bring our brand stories to life through engaging content and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our creative, content, recruiting, and admissions teams to execute campaigns, create compelling content, and support audience growth and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 * Develop creative briefs for email, social, video, and web campaigns
 * Write marketing copy for email campaigns, website content, and social media
 * Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for both CLI Studios and CLI Conservatory channels
 * Partner with the content team to support and execute creative concepts
 * Coordinate and produce content opportunities, including photoshoots, student interviews, and other asset creation initiatives
 * Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
 * Engage with social media communities through comments, direct messages, and tagged content
 * Support the execution of seasonal and ongoing marketing campaigns
 * Track and report on social media and campaign performance metrics
