This position plays a key role in the development, modernization, enhancement, and support of critical business applications that support customer order management, manufacturing, production control, and financial operations. The ideal candidate combines strong IBM i technical expertise with business analysis skills and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, lead development efforts, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic application modernization initiatives.
