## Description

Systems Technicians at Titamus Technologies claim and work tickets related to administration and workstation setup, software installations, and printer work on a daily basis, typically offering support remotely (using our RMM) but also onsite when necessary. They also may be asked to assist in both small and large projects. These projects include security, new software and hardware rollouts, maintenance, upgrades, and the initial evaluation of network and infrastructure repairs. A System Technician will work with System Engineers to gain experience and exposure to higher level tickets, along with taking 'tier 1' tickets from cradle to grave so our clients can have a seamless experience when describing and working through their issue with us. This position is anything but boring; our technicians will never have the same day twice.
