Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you will define and drive FourLeaf's enterprise digital transformation aligned with strategic growth. You will shape the digital roadmap, oversee cross-functional execution, and champion a member-centric digital ecosystem. You'll lead change across the organization, forging partnerships to accelerate adoption of new technologies and improve digital channels. This is a high-impact opportunity to steer digital initiatives that enhance acquisition, engagement, and operational efficiency while strengthening FourLeaf's position in digital banking. You'll work with executive leadership to translate strategy into tangible outcomes and value.
