## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of identity and access management (IAM) and broader security programs at Chubb. You will lead cross-functional teams, applying agile identity solution delivery to strengthen access controls and security governance. The role focuses on delivering MVP IAM releases, coordinating global projects, and translating complex security concepts for stakeholder audiences. You will shape security initiatives that protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability while collaborating with regional IT teams and leadership to sustain program momentum.
