We value leaders who are: * Low ego, high trust * Confident and steady under pressure * Comfortable working across cultures and global teams * Willing to travel to operational facilities and build credibility through listening and presence ## Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Center of Excellence (COE) Senior Manager to lead and evolve a high-performing SAP organization within a complex enterprise environment. This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings deep SAP delivery credibility and can remain close to the technical work, not removed from it. This is not a purely governance or people-management position.
