This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and traceability, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and client needs., * Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)

 * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
 * Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)

## Description

The ITL Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT Logistics operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of equipment requests., * Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup

 * Receive inbound hardware and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
 * Perform asset tagging and maintain asset tracking records
 * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
 * Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
 * Restock IT cabinets and vending machines
 * Coordinate shipments across NORAM and global locations
 * Support new hire equipment fulfillment to meet orientation timelines

Asset Management & Quality Control

 * Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and monitors
 * Ensure safe handling and disposal of equipment (including e-waste)
 * Perform asset tag audits and maintain accurate inventory records
 * Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and workspace

Systems & Data Accuracy

 * Maintain traceability and accuracy in inventory and task management systems
 * Monitor and update task queues regularly
 * Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and auditable

Collaboration & Communication

 * Partner daily with Inventory, Deployment, and Logistics teams
 * Communicate effectively across teams to ensure timely execution
 * Support cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements

Safety & Operations

 * Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely
 * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
 * Adhere to operational standards and SOPs

Additional Responsibilities

 * Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
