## About the Role

* Education: Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

 * Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a professional IT help desk or customer-facing technical support role or similar.

 * Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs and mobile devices. Experience with Office365 administration.

 * Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple, clear instructions.

 * Customer Service Mindset: High levels of patience, empathy, and the ability to professionally de-escalate frustrated or distressed users.

Soft Skills & Attributes

 * Active Listening: The ability to accurately understand the issue a customer is describing and asking clarifying diagnostic questions.
 * Time Management: Capable of prioritizing multiple incoming tickets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
 * Continuous Learning: A strong desire to stay updated on emerging software, hardware, and cybersecurity threats.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 4-year technical degree.

 * Construction experience is preferred.
