## About the Role

* 3+ years of QA/QC experience in structured cabling or data center construction
 * Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling systems
 * Experience reading construction drawings and rack elevations
 * Working knowledge of ANSI/TIA standards and BICSI best practices
 * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
 * Excellent documentation and communication skills
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, * BICSI Installer 2 or Technician certification
 * Hyperscale or colocation data center experience
 * Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar software
 * Fiber testing experience using OTDR and power meter equipment

We're hiring an experienced QA/QC Specialist to support one of the nation's fastest-growing data center construction projects in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

If you have a strong background in structured cabling, fiber optics, and quality inspections, and take pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mission-critical contractor with a clear path to permanent employment.

What You'll Do

 * Perform daily QA/QC inspections of fiber and copper cabling installations
 * Verify that installations meet project drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards
 * Inspect rack elevations, cable routing, labeling, testing, and terminations
 * Document deficiencies and track corrective actions
 * Review testing documentation and turnover packages
 * Work closely with Project Managers, field supervisors, and installation teams to maintain quality throughout the project
