## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role.
 * Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
 * Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Python, R, or advanced analytics tools.
 * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (ETL, data pipelines, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
 * Experience working with ERP, CRM, or financial systems.
 * Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.

## Description

* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
 * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
 * Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
 * Partner with leadership, finance, sales, operations, and other teams to provide data-driven insights.
 * Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
 * Monitor key business performance indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
 * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
 * Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and predictive insights.
