They shall have professional familiarity with DoD/USAF FSRM processes and UK building regulations. * Professional knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts, principles, and practices, and familiarity with architectural and other engineering disciplines to conduct thorough technical reviews. * Knowledge of a broad range of engineering and construction standards, methods, practices, techniques, materials, and equipment to analyze technical submittals for adherence to federal, host-nation, and local codes and regulations. Familiarity with standard contracting regulations and procedures as they relate to facilities engineering; knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements to identify potential field deviations; and an understanding of work classifications to assist government personnel in tracking project expenditures. * Knowledge of automated data processing concepts, system capabilities, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to effectively track project lifecycles.
