Publishes minutes < 24 hrs, tracks action items, and follows up before the next stand-up. * Data Fluency - Reads Looker/Sheets, spots anomalies, and can tweak filters or build a quick view without BI support. * FTTH Awareness and overall ISP background - Basic understanding of general FTTH and ISP operations. * Cross-Functional Influence - Converts dashboard insights into clear asks for Ops, Dev, and Engr - and documents decisions so no one "forgets" next week. * Agile PM Fundamentals - Can use Jira - Understand basic agile/waterfall processes. * Structured Task & Risk Management - Could maintain RAID log; able to identify risk Nice to Have: * Hands-On with Salesforce FSL or ServiceNow Reports * Basic SQL or Python - Can pull ad-hoc lists (e.g., last-week false-positive tickets) without waiting on Data Engineering. * Experience documenting technical requirements * Prior Proactive Maintenance Program Experience ## Description The Project Manager for GFiber drives execution, visibility, and accountability across Field operations and general ISP initiatives by translating complex operational and network data into clear, actionable insights.
