Preferred: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Accounting, or a related field. Work experience: 3 years' experience in business management; customer service or Human Resources experience required., 1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications. 2. Proficiency in HRIS and onboarding software. 3. Work with minimal supervision. 4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. 5. Strong customer service focus and commitment. 6. Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines. 7. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills. 8. Ability to handle high volume of customer tickets daily while maintaining a positive attitude. 9.
