The role focuses on conversational AI, AI orchestration, secure integrations, API development, automation, and cloud-native application development. Primary Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and queues. * Integrate Amazon Lex V2 chatbots into Amazon Connect. * Configure Amazon Q in Connect and Contact Lens for AI-assisted customer support. * Build AWS Lambda (Python) functions for AI orchestration. * Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Amazon Bedrock and OpenSearch. * Build secure APIs and backend services for AI-powered customer interactions. * Implement AI guardrails, prompt engineering, PII redaction, and compliance controls. * Support CloudFront, AWS WAF, and secure web chat integrations. * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using CloudFormation. * Monitor cloud applications using CloudWatch and maintain technical documentation.
