Able to code in C, C++, MATLAB/Octave, or Python. * Able to lift weights to OSHA limit (50 lbs.) when required (occasionally). * Excellent problem-solving skills, open-minded, and a keen attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), utilizing advanced features to streamline data analysis, create professional documents, and develop engaging presentations * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal., * Experience with photonic systems, optics, or quantum hardware * Familiarity with reliability standards (MIL-STD, Telcordia, or similar) * Experience with accelerated life testing and statistical reliability modeling * Hands-on experience building custom test setups and automation * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems * Exposure to production environments and manufacturing readiness (MRL frameworks) ## Description We are looking for a Reliability Test Engineer to define, build, and execute reliability validation strategies for next-generation photonic and quantum systems. This role is responsible for ensuring products are robust, repeatable, and production ready across environmental, mechanical, and operational conditions.
