## About the Role

Our client, a government agency specializing in public services, is seeking a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor to join their team. As a IT Systems Support Specialist contractor, you will be part of the IT Department supporting SAP-related projects and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

 * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC
 * Knowledge of Web Dynpro ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Workflows, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, SAP Script, and ABAP on HANA
 * Ability to optimize application performance and work independently or as part of a team
 * Strong documentation skills and willingness to support team training

## Description

* Support and maintain SAP ERP ABAP development and programming in ECC environment
 * Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize SAP modules and workflows
 * Assist in tuning application components for enhanced performance and efficiency
 * Document solutions and provide training support to team members with less experience
 * Engage with business stakeholders to present solutions and gather requirements, * Opportunity to work on impactful SAP projects supporting payroll and benefits systems
 * Engage in a collaborative and supportive work environment
 * Gain valuable experience in SAP HR - Benefits and Payroll data management
 * Work with a dedicated team committed to public service excellence
 * Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs
