* 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role for a B2B SaaS/software vendor.
 * Proven track record engaging technical customer personas (Developers, Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and CTOs).
 * Strong communication and presentation skills-able to break down complex technical topics for both business and technical audiences.
 * Core domain experience in middleware, API Management (APIM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Integration platforms.
 * Hands-on familiarity with REST, JSON, and XML.
 * Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Solid understanding of containerization and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Linux).
Desired (Bonus) Skills:

 + Understanding of Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) and AsyncAPIs.
 + Deep knowledge of identity standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
 + Hands-on experience with Kafka, gRPC, or GraphQL.
 + Exposure to LLMs, AI Agents, or generative AI frameworks/platforms.
 + Scripting/coding experience (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
