Raytheon's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated System Engineering Country Cross Product Team Lead to support a large Patriot program. The SE CPT lead is responsible for various engineering activities, including system architecture definition. System Requirements, Software Requirements, Modeling and Simulation, Raytheon Lifecycle Product Management (RLPM) design milestone activities, and externally facing customer events. Additional activities include proposal support and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) monthly accountability. Activities require the ability to require travel. This position is onsite based in Tewksbury MA or Huntsville AL. What You Will Do: * Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country * Ensure System Architecture and Technical Baseline are developed and maintained * Ensure System Requirements are developed and maintained * Ensure Software Requirements are developed and maintained * Ensure Modeling and Simulation products are appropriately scoped and provided * Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts a Patriot partner country * Brief Program Management and USG customer on plans and status * Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required.
