Working alongside leaders across HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments, you'll help implement system enhancements, improve processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver solutions that make work easier for our teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and turning ideas into action. You'll partner with system owners to execute projects, support users, improve workflows, and help ensure our systems operate efficiently and effectively., * System Support & Administration - Support the day-to-day administration of Vivie's systems by maintaining employee data, assisting with system configuration, testing updates, managing user access, and ensuring data accuracy. * Process Improvement & Implementation - Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to improve workflows and system processes. Assist with implementing new processes, system enhancements, automation, and efficiencies that improve the team member experience. * Reporting & Data Support - Create, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards.
