Work as the administrator of the scrum board and ensure tickets stay updated in Jira + Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills. + Proven ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, preventing the delivery team from over-committing and scope creep during sprint planning + Ability to Guide teams to deliver high-quality code and services through time-boxed iterations/sprints + Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams. + Ability to Promote Agile values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation + Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) and secure software development practices is a plus. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities + Deep understanding of Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, and roles Education + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is highly desirable.
