The platform will give internal staff, partner organizations, and the public a single place to access, visualize, analyze, quality-control, and manage data from roughly 1,200 active monitoring sites. The solution will support desktop, tablet, and mobile access, provide intuitive visualization and analytics, enable internal observation entry and QC workflows, deliver public-facing published data, and integrate with the HydroServer platform and existing technology investments. This engagement covers discovery, requirements gathering, solution architecture, UX refinement, implementation planning, and cost estimation. Production development, implementation, migration, and system replacement are out of scope.
